When you call up our website, the browser on your device automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is stored temporarily in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without any action on your part and stored until it is deleted automatically:
The data collected serves only to produce visitor statistics on the use of our website and to improve our website.
The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes of data processing listed above.
When you contact us by email, the data you provide (your email address, and where applicable your name and telephone number) is stored by us in order to handle your request or answer your questions.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us takes place under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR on the basis of consent given voluntarily.
We delete the data arising in this context once storage is no longer necessary — for example because your enquiry has been dealt with — or we restrict processing if statutory retention periods apply.
If you apply to us online, we process the personal data you submit (application data), in particular
exclusively for the purpose of filling positions within our company. Your application data is not used beyond that.
This personal data is generally deleted automatically three months after the application process has been completed, provided your application for the position was not successful. Deletion after those three months does not take place only if statutory provisions prevent deletion, if storing the data is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or if you have expressly consented to longer storage.
The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR.
Our website provides a “Contact & Booking” form through which you can get in touch with us.
Your data is processed for the purpose of establishing a business relationship and fulfilling the obligations arising from an existing business relationship, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Personal data that is not strictly necessary for that purpose but is nevertheless helpful because it makes business communication easier (for example a telephone number or email address) is processed on the basis of the consent you have given under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.
Your data is deleted once it is established that no business relationship will be entered into with you, or after an existing business relationship with you has ended — unless we are obliged or entitled to store your data for longer under statutory provisions. Data is also deleted if we process it on the basis of your consent and you have effectively withdrawn that consent.
Form delivery via Web3Forms
The forms on this website are delivered through the service Web3Forms. It is operated by Web3Creative, Palakkad, Kerala, India (address: […]). Web3Creative acts as a processor on our behalf.
The sole purpose of the processing is to deliver your form message to us. What is transmitted are the form fields you filled in, your email address as sender and reply address, and the technical metadata that arises with every transmission on the internet (IP address, browser identification, date and time).
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — the consent you give explicitly before sending — and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at entering into or performing a contract.
According to the provider, it operates from India and uses infrastructure providers that may process data in several regions; it names Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner. For transfers out of the European Economic Area the provider relies on appropriate safeguards, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses; they form part of its data processing agreement.
On retention, the provider states that form data is stored encrypted and deleted automatically no later than three years after submission; server logs are deleted on a regular basis.
To prevent spam and abuse, the provider states that it uses the services CleanTalk and Akismet; your IP address and email address may be transmitted to those services. Our forms additionally send a check field that is invisible to you; we do not use a captcha.
You can find the provider’s privacy policy at https://web3forms.com/privacy.
You can also send your enquiry to us directly by email to info@welike.com at any time. In that case no data is transmitted to Web3Forms.
Your personal data is not transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
We only pass your personal data on to third parties if:
The personal data you submit to us in the course of an online application is generally forwarded only to the people or internal departments of our company responsible for that specific application process.
We use cookies on this website. These are small text files that your browser creates automatically and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) when you visit our website.
The cookie stores information relating to the specific device used. This does not mean, however, that we thereby gain direct knowledge of your identity.
Using cookies increases the convenience and security of this website. Once the browser session ends, most of the cookies we use are deleted from your hard drive again (“session cookies”).
In addition, we also use temporary cookies to optimise convenience; these are stored on your device for a defined period. If you visit our website again to use our services, it is automatically recognised that you have already been with us and which entries and settings you made, so that you do not have to enter them again.
You can set your browser so that you are informed when cookies are set and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.
Google Analytics
This website uses the “Google Analytics” service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). The service uses “cookies”. By storing the cookies on your computer, Google can analyse your use of our website. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website and your IP address is generally transmitted to a Google Inc. server in the USA and stored there.
If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address is truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with further services connected with website use.
This website uses Google Analytics with the “anonymizeIp()” extension. IP addresses are therefore processed further in truncated form. Attribution to a person can thereby be ruled out.
For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI.
You can prevent the cookie from being stored on your device by making the corresponding settings in your browser. However, if your browser does not permit cookies, it cannot be guaranteed that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restriction. You can also prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google, and the processing of that data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.
With this tracking measure we want to ensure that our website is designed to meet demand and is continuously optimised. We also use this tracking measure to record the use of our website statistically and to evaluate it in order to optimise our offering for you. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the provision cited above.
We carry out this measure on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Facebook fan page
We use the Facebook platform for our fan page https://www.facebook.com/weliketalents. For this purpose, Facebook sets cookies on the devices of the users of our fan page and thereby collects information about the use of our fan page. Each of these Facebook cookies has a unique cookie ID. On the basis of the data processing carried out by Facebook in this respect, we (and Facebook) can receive anonymised statistical data from Facebook about your use of this fan page. If you have any questions about this, please write to us at the email address given above.
You have the right:
Where your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right under Art. 21 GDPR to object to the processing of your personal data, provided there are grounds arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case you have a general right to object, which we implement without you having to state a particular situation.
If you wish to exercise your right to object, an email to the following address is sufficient: info@welike.com.
The transmission of your online application is encrypted in line with the current state of the art.
We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
This privacy policy is currently valid and dated 2026.
As our website and the offerings on it develop further, or because of changed statutory or official requirements, it may become necessary to change this privacy policy. The current privacy policy can be called up and printed out at any time on the website at https://www.welike.com/datenschutz.
